Who stays with us for longer

• Hospital visits: the Policlinico Gemelli is about 5 km away; the FL3 train from Valle Aurelia reaches the Gemelli stop in three stops, or it is roughly 10–20 minutes by taxi depending on traffic.
• Work assignments and training: Metro A reaches the centre and Termini without changes.
• Families relocating or visiting relatives: two-bedroom apartments up to 6 guests (D1, D4), one-bedroom up to 4 (D2).

What makes a long stay comfortable here

• Full kitchen (induction hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, Nespresso machine) and a Conad supermarket 2 minutes away in the Aura shopping centre.
• Washer-dryer in every apartment; iron and hair dryer.
• Heat-pump air conditioning in every room and independent heating.
• Fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV in each bedroom.
• During the stay we check in with you: rubbish bags are free; towel or linen changes and extra cleaning are available on request at a cost we confirm before doing them.
• Invoices on request (operator: GINGY S.R.L.S.), issued after check-out.

How the price is set

For stays up to 30 nights the direct price follows our standard rule: Booking.com price for the same dates and guests, minus 10% on the room, plus a fixed cleaning fee (D1/D4 €70, D2 €50). For more than 30 nights we do not use an automatic price: write to the staff with dates and number of guests and you receive a personal quote. City tax: €6 per person per night, charged for a maximum of 10 nights; children under 10 exempt.
